IndieYesPls is a website that provides free, high-quality artworks for Spotify playlists, profile pictures and device wallpapers.
Those artworks that are licensed under the IndieYesPls License can be used for personal or commercial projects without the need for attribution. The IndieYesPls license grants users the right to use the images for free, for any purpose, without attribution, and without the need to seek permission from or give credit to the artist or IndieYesPls.
However, there are some restrictions that come with the IndieYesPls license. For instance, users may not use the images to create products that compete with IndieYesPls (such as a stock photography website), and they may not use the images in a manner that is offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory.
Additionally, the IndieYesPls license does not grant exclusive use or ownership of the images, and users may not imply endorsement by the artist or IndieYesPls.
IndieYesPls License Agreement
This license agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which IndieYesPls (“Licensor”) grants you (“Licensee”) the right to use and modify images and artworks made available by the Licensor through any online or offline platform (“Artworks”).
Grant of License.
The Licensor grants to the Licensee a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to reproduce, modify, distribute and use the Artworks for any purpose, including but not limited to personal, commercial, or editorial use, without attribution or credit to the Licensor or author of the Artworks.
Restrictions on Use.
Licensee agrees to not use the Artworks in any manner that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, infringing, or in a way that suggests any sponsorship or endorsement by the Licensor, its affiliates or its contributors. Licensee agrees that they will not use the Artworks in a manner that competes with the business of IndieYesPls.
Ownership.
The Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Artworks, including any and all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant Licensee any rights to any trademarks or logos used in connection with the Artworks.
Disclaimer of Warranties.
The Artworks are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Licensor does not make any warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability.
The Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use or inability to use the Artworks.
Termination.
The Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice. Upon termination, the Licensee agrees to cease all use of the Artworks.
Governing Law.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without giving effect to its conflicts of law provisions.
Entire Agreement.
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings or agreements, oral or written.
By using or accessing the Artworks, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use or access the Artworks.
